Hello,

I'm fixing up an old HP 334A distortion analyzer and I'm looking for
subs for a couple of its transistors. I have HP part numbers 1853-0010
and 1854-0019. Mfgr (Motorola) PN is SM4713 for the first, unknown for
the second. Both have the Motorola logo along with markings, 3-010 7224
for the first and 54-19 212 for the second.

I have searched the web and found nothing. I found a site with a
spreadsheet for HP PN cross references, but it did not include these.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Bill

FWIW, "A-1854-0019-1" crosses to this:
http://www.nteinc.com/specs/100to199/NTE123AP.html

.... and "A-1853-0010-1" crosses to ...
