Can't get DNS since installation of XP SP3 Hi there Since we have installed XP SP3 on several computers, it is not possible to get the DNS servers from our DHCP. The dns servers are just missing (checked with ipconfig /all). With XP SP1 and SP2 it works perfectly. If I type in the DNS servers manually, it works fine as well. Errror only when using Static IP I guess we can assume the static address for DNS, gateway, etc. are the same as the address for the DNS, gateway, etc. when it has a dynamic address.
