Ping Not Seeing Networked Computers I have a home network connecting through a Linksys 4-Port Router. I connect my Desktop and my Laptop on the network to share Internet and files and printers. Can't Ping My Laptop sI use my laptop on both a corporate microsoft network and on a home microsoft network. At either location, others can PING my laptop only when I am booted into the "SAFE Mode with Networking".
