The Amiga has a new scan doubler / flicker fixer for $65.

Looks like the seller is hand building these, but who cares. Would
this work with the 128 VDC with a small modification? The module I am
using now works fine for standard modes, but is not a flicker fixer.
It would be nice to have a flicker fixer to make interlace modes
usable.

Amiga flickerfixers normally take 12-bit digital RGB, so the data
part is not an issue.

The problem with this is that the pixel clock is not easily available,
so you will get flickering pixels, which makes the system unusable.

You can check out http://www.iki.fi/a1bert/Dev/A2320/
to see how you can connect a video-slot flicker-fixer to A500.

Maybe but it is probably configured for Analog RGB signals.
VDC is digital RGBI which is 4 bits converted into 16 colors through a DAC
mixer onto the RGB lines. The I bit is connected to the three RGB lines.

Essentially are three 2-bit DACs. (6-Bit total) but the Intensity line would
take the high bit of the bit pairs on all three DACs. Basically. That is how
that DAC card in your 1902A monitor works. By pass it and you can run true
analog Amiga video on it.

Not for a while, you won't. I just exchanged emails with the seller. He has
60 orders in front of him and can only produce 2-3 units per month :-(.
