I am getting ready for a new venture. I need a small PC or tablet that will
allow you to input checkmarks, dates, signatures, and maybe a short
commentary. The program I am using in the office is Access 2003. The team
will visit families outside the office, interview them and record the
information gathered, bring it back to the office, and upload it.

What are the options that would be good for this scenario?
