Can anyone please tell me how to insert a contact into my n73 on o2 and have
the name displayed when the contact calls/texts me,it is only showing the
number and not the name.

1) Read the manual
2) Add them to your address book
3) If you're already got them in your address book then you've got
them in there more than once for the same number.

Other than that check the number is not on your contacts list more than
once. If it is the phone won't know which name to show and will only show
the number.
