From: BusyBee7 on 31 Jan 2008 09:33 I have a customer who is using XP SP2 with IE6 SP2 that is needing to run an Authorware training file. They are unable to access the web to download the IE Plugin to see this training file. How can I fedex them this plugin? Thanks, Ben

Well you *can*, it's physically possible, but first.. what are the symptoms when they try to install it from the Adobe website? Do they see the 'Install now' button? Do they have restrictions against installing activeX controls? From: pswanson on 1 Feb 2008 10:47 If the customer doesn't have access to the web, and the piece does not require 'net connectivity, you could republish it as an exe that will run off a CD. They wouldn't need to install anything to run the piece.
From: BusyBee7 on 1 Feb 2008 10:58 I am also a newbie with this product. My customer has no internet access at all. Have to send them the info via FedEx. I will work on recompiling this program for them. Thanks, Ben
