Do You know if there is a client for 64-bit Vista that could make a
IPSEC VPN to a old PIX runnix sw 6.35

You could use the built in L2TP client in Vista. With the appropriate
configuration the PIX will support it.

I think on our 64-bit machine we ran a Virtual Machine on it and used the v5
Client.
