From: Lobster on 28 Sep 2005 03:25 My K500i is a bit sick; full of dust and building debris AFAICS, and the little joystick thingy in the middle has stopped working in one direction. I therefore want to take off the front of the phone in order to give it a damned good clean-out, but can't see how to do this. The back pops off OK, but not sure about the front - I don't want to force something that's not supposed to move, and end up trashing the phone totally. Anyone done this? Thanks David

There's a movie for the J300 on changing the cover on the SE site - I wouldn't have thought the K500 would be much different. It's at http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?cc=global&lc=en&ver=4001 &template=ps1_1_2_1_1&zone=ps&lm=ps1_1&pid=10247&fid=14297&esi=true -- AG Remove removes from address to remove anti-spam measures. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Alan Gauton E-Mail agauton @ postmaster.co.uk Never for me the lowered banner, never the last endeavour!
