Outlook 2000 won't start on a Win XP Pro computer. It was working OK until
recently. Outlook tries to start, then issue a serious error warning to send
to Microsoft, then simply ends. The application error log shows error id:
1000, faulting module ntdll.dll. We tried to reinstall, repair, download
Microsoft updates - still no good. Any help is appreciated - Aidan
