Just wondering if it is possible to have the SHARED calendar controlled by
another machine show as default for appointments in the To-Do bar rather
than the calendar actually ON this machine which doesnt get used at all. I
would prefer that than have to go to calendar to keep up to date. Thanks.

The default calendar will always be the calendar in the delivery location
folders, so no.

Thanks for that but what a nuisance.

You would have thought that allowing shared calendars through their own
server setup, Microsoft would have thought about this and allowed it.
