OE on XP SP2. When I open OE and hit Send/Receive, I get a constant hour glass. At some point, the title bar reports that OE is "Not Responding." Is there a Detect and Repair function? Why is it when I try to send email through the links on Craigs list, I allway get an error message that says I have to subscribe to hot mail when I have allready done so.
