From: eugene on 1 Jul 2008 11:59 Diane, I am including 5 calendars in the printing assistant vew. I am a delegate for 2 of them. Other 3 calendars including my own look fine. Are you asking if the events are repeated on some of those calendars? Like two people have schedules for the same meeting? I can check, but at the moment I am not sure. I will post back in a couple of hours. Please let me know what additional information do you need to attempt help. Eugene spasibo! From: Tim on 12 Jul 2008 10:34 I'm running in to a similar problem with a customer; after testing various scenarios, we've found that the Outlook Calendar Print Assistant prints okay when the user is just a delegate for the person they are trying to print the calendar for; however, if the user is granted "FULL" mailbox privileges to that other user's mailbox from the server, and they are not the primary account on the mailbox, it is printing the double entries. From: eugene on 12 Jul 2008 11:08 Thank you Tim, we will give it a shot and will see if slightly different delegation model will do the trick. I will post back the result "Tim" wrote: > I'm running in to a similar problem with a customer; after testing various > scenarios, we've found that the Outlook Calendar Print Assistant prints okay > when the user is just a delegate for the person they are trying to print the > calendar for; however, if the user is granted "FULL" mailbox privileges to > that other user's mailbox from the server, and they are not the primary > account on the mailbox, it is printing the double entries. >
