Anyone know of a route for creating addins to OWA?

Best asked in an Exchange group - OWA is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.
microsoft.public.exchange.clients is a good place to start. As an aside, it
would need to be an Exchange add-in as OWA is only a web view of your
Exchange mailbox.
