The data file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly.
Hi All Usiing Outlook 2003. Although I close the program properly, I continue to get the message "The data file 'Personal Folders' was not closed properly." It takes 5 minutes to check the file. Any ideas? Thanks Harold ... 8 Jul 2008 08:59

Use contacts from other mailbox
Hello, I'm using Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2003 SP2. I have integrated another mailbox into Outlook via Exchange Properties. How can I create default folders in an .OST File
I've looked around but cannot find a way to create a default .ost or .pst with pre-set folders. I want to set this up so when I set up a new Outlook User, it will already have the companies recommended folders. Is there a way to do this? I want outlook to open html emails direclty in my browser... how?

Hi all One of my users has Outlook 2007 on her laptop. When printing from Word i can select a portion of the document and go > file > print > selection and print just that. in Outlook i cant.
