Hide recipients when printing

Missing rules in Outlook
I have Outlook 2000 9.0, and I have made a whole bunch of rules using the Rules Wizard. However, a bunch of them seem to just disappear. I am trying to create a rule to move e-mails from one particular e-mail address to a personal folder. I specified this one e-mail in the e-mail rules box.
