When overclocked, the 875 chipset overclocks further, without artifacting the AGP slot. (The 875 has been pushed to FSB1200, while only some of the original 865 chips will do FSB1000 without starting to have video artifacts. FSB800 would be stock speed for that generation.) The 875 also has two bus interfaces on it, while the 865 has one. The 875 has a 266MB/sec interface to the Southbridge, but it has an additional 266MB/sec interface as well. On the P4C800-E Deluxe, the second interface is connected to a Gigabit LAN chip, allowing full duplex LAN operation at full rates. On the original P4C800, the LAN interface sits on the PCI bus. This is not really a big deal, as these boards are intended for desktops. Paul
