PAR2 files aren't archives. They are files that contain the data
required to reconstruct damaged files. A full description is available
from here:

[0] There's a 10.1 version available as well, but that's only of use if
you're testing 10.1 alpha 3

[1] 10.0 has both 32bit and 64bit versions available.
