From: Naruto on 7 Apr 2008 23:43 Hi, I think that I am hitting the bug. It is ok for not using wirelss zero (or the Intel PROSet) to login though. So, I download the patch and it contains 2 files, I installed in this order, WindowsXP-KB885453-x86-enu.exe WindowsXP-KB885453-x86-Symbols-enu.exe I found that the latter one contains a file rastls.pdb (and that's it) under symbols\sp2qfe\retail\dll folder. I don't know how it is related to the former one (whether the former one can find this rastls.pdb file and use it ....) I find similar folders of sp2qfe under C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\... And I can't find the file rastls.pdb under these folders. There is no way to uninstall the patch from the control panel. There is no user guide for installing the patch. And I am still can't login with the Intel PROSet. Please advise. Thanks in advance
From: Naruto on 8 Apr 2008 09:48 Actually, I should put in this way. The cert that I am using is a radius server self signed cert. I don't want to put this cert into every wireless client. For the Windows built-in wireless setting, I don't have to specify a particular CA and it works. For the Intel ProSet setting, I need to specify a CA or import the cert into the client and then specify the radius server as the CA. It seems the not to specify a CA option does not work.
