Not on the 501 (which does not run PIX 7), not without the third party products N2H2 or Websense. (I have never heard of a freeware equivilent of N2H2 or Websense, but I never spent time looking for one.) A common way to deal with the situation is to use a squid proxy filter on the inside and block all outgoing http and https access except from the proxy filter.
