I am interested in developing some applications that make use of the
microphone input on PPC devices running Pocket Windows 2003 and Windows
Mobile 5.0. I'd like to implement a musical tuning instrument, and perhaps
also a realtime display of the audible frequency signal being captured on
the mic.

Are there any tool suites available for such applications that the community
can recommend?
