My nemises has been trying to get a functional tv tuner card going.
Installed unit is a Xpert TV-PVR 878 marketed by Pinnacle. KdeTv simply
refuses to configure to it. However TVtime does with excellent image
and sound.

Next I'd like to add a Personal Video Recorder (PVR) as a substitute for
a VCR. So far I've tried Mythtv and Freevo. Mythtv although showing as
installed, I can't find. Freevo has an interface I like but appears to
be only for the European market.

Any options for a U.S based user?
