Split Text Boxes

Printing Paragraph, Tab and Space Marks
I would like to know how to print out the paragraph, tab and space marks in my word document. The documents I work with need to be perfect. top margin changes after footer added
I have a document that is made up of pages of Pictures - each formatted identically. The document looked fine until I added a text box to the footer. auto-numbering won't work
I'm using Word 2003, and have used auto-numbering successfully for years. However, I seem to have broken it recently because if I hit enter to proceed with the next item on a numbered list, it does not default to a list entry (and I have to click on number and TAB multiple times to get to the right list level).... 10 Jun 2008 12:32

Misc. Symbols
Somehow my Word began adding misc. symbols when I am typing in a document. For example, when I hit the space bar a "dot" appears; or when I hit the return key and "new paragraph" editing symbol appears. Can I change built-in margin settings in Word 2007
