In word or excel?

I'm guessing MSWord...I would think you'd have to change the font size or
margins.

If that's not it and you don't get any better answers, you may want to ask in an
MSWord forum. Remember to include the version of Office that you're using.

Thanks. It would be Word. In Excel there is a feature in Page Layout to
size it to fit by a percentage. I was able to get an entire spreadsheet on
one page, but not on one page of a Word doc. If I mess with the font or
margins, I may mess up the formatting of the spreadsheet in Word.-
