I'm trying to find a recent statistic that shows the market pentration of Flash
Player 8. Does anyone know of a resource for this?

Macromedia's page only shows to version 7:

sent too fast - flash 8 has no statistic yet - too soon - i would give it a few more weeks/couple
months.

.... bump this. We really need to know what the Flash 8 penetration is -
critical input to deciding when to start writing for this format.
