My time is limited. I have a lot of studying and work to do tonight, but here
i am wasting lots of time trying to find out how to remove or stop the
penflicks icon from appearing next to my cursor every time i enter data 9of
which I am doing a lot fo tonight). I am sure I can spend another 30 to 60
minutes trying to figure out how to shut this danged thing off, but it should
NOT be this difficult to find it.. what ever happened to "right click" on ANY
thing to stop it to configure it? This penflicks icon is allowing me to
configure it, but not shut it off. Any help would be appreciated.

Use the Control Panel's "Pen and Input Devices" to choose options related to
pen flicks.
