Includes also uncertainty evaluation. You're close, Gerard. It's Program Evaluation and Review Technique. Developed by the Rand Corp in the 1950's to plan the Polaris missile project which had a high degree of uncertainty due to the fact that it had never been done before (launch a missle from a submarine underwater).
