Is there a simple way of marking a photo 1, 2, 3: on the photo, not the
file number? I'm displaying pictures online and want to show order but
it has to be "in" the picture. Couldn't see anything in the Menus that
would facilitate that. Using updated OS X Tiger with Photoshop 7.

Look at the Tools window for the type tool, the one with the large
letter T icon.
