Hi Jim,

Excuse me piggy backing this query. I am working towards a solution for
showing %complete on a group by outline view. From what you have written I
need to set EV Method = Physical % Complete.

I have done this by selecting all tasks and setting Physical % Complete.
However it does not seem to have reset EV Method on Summary tasks which
remains stubbornly at % Complete.

Any tips on how to achieve the desired setting.

Thanks

Martin

Hello Martin,

Did you also change the Default task earned value method in Tools >
Options, Calculation tab, Earned Value button?

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
