I am creating a newsletter and I have a header image. I made the newsletter in Word in a table and then just copied it over to Outlook to send. But when I send the newsletter, the header image is VERY distoroted. I have tried turning off picture compression, different formats of the picture, etc. and have yet to find a solution for it.

Why copy it over to Outlook? Word has an integrated Send function. Simply
press the Envelope button to turn your document into an email.
