Hi- I'm hoping someone is able to help me. I have to admit that I am not a
computer person at all, and know very little about them. All of a sudden, my
computer is telling me that I need to download the latest flash to view videos.
I've tried to download many times, and have been told it is successful, but
when I try to watch, I'm still told to download the latest version. I've tried
the suggestions on the help site (uninstall, change security settings etc.),
but I still can't get it to work. I'm frustrated! Thank you so much in
advance for any help you can give me!
