From: Nitin on 6 Mar 2007 08:31 Hi, I have a new task to configure Postfix to implement a IPR related policy. It is required that certain users should not be allowed to email source code/documentation etc from the organization to external recipients unless and until the recipient is an authorised recipient possibly listed in a list for that particular user. Its a little complicated and am not sure if it can be done. If it cannot be done, is it possible to prevent internal users from sending attachments to external recipients, but allow them to send attachments internally while allowing only certain users to send attachments outside the organization. Thanks in advance, Nitin Ps. If anyone has best practices on email management to prevent IPR leakages, please share with me.
