A few years have now gone by since buidling my last PC

Asus p4p-800 SE
Intel 3.4Gz CPU with 1MB L2 cache (478 pin)
2 X 1GB ram
500 GB ATA100 IDE HD
Nvidia 512 MB AGP8 video
Win XP Pro SP2

I realize that today I would need to replace
Mobo
CPU
Video card
RAM

1) Could you suggest the latest/greatest ASUS motherboard and Intel CPU?
2) Type of Video Card
3) Anything else to replace?
