From: foleyl on 19 Sep 2005 17:57 Hey, We are have recently upgraded our Servers to Windows 2003 SP1 and our Workstations to Windows XP SP1. We have multiple machines on our network that we certain people log onto they get an error of "Unable to locate your roaming profile. The system has detected a possible attempt to compromise security". e.g. Person 1 Cannot log onto Computer 1, but can logon to computer 2 Person 2 Can logon to computer 1 and Computer 2 Person 3 Can logon to Computer 2 but not Computers 1 & 3 We have removed the PC from the domain and readded, recreated user profiles and entire user accounts and still we cannot resolve this issue. Can someone please shed some light on this subject as this is causing major problems with our network. Many Thanks, Luke |
