I have configured Postfix as the mailserver for a system that has
multiple local users.

I want to configure it so that the local users pick up mail from
Evolution. However Evolution wont see the local mail.

Any ideas?

Under normal circumstances i would configure it for pop3 and set the
server settings in the client to pop3.xxxxx.com however as its local I
have set it to maildirectories. No joy with it working.

Did you set it to the correct mbox or maildir format and the correct
path? The best place to ask questions about Evolution is in an
Evolution forum.
