Font defaults along with a lot of other stuff is stored on a per-presentation basis. If you change the templates your users base presentations on, then any new presentations based on the templates will carry the changes forward (including your default font settings). By distributing one file to all users, you can also control what happens with the default blank presentation that PPT creates at startup: Create a default "blank" presentation with your own defaults http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00245.htm ----------------------------------------- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================
