Prev: how to make a *.pps from many attachments as a single file
Next: import text from a Word doc into the Notes part of Powerpoint
From: melissaperson_27 on 12 May 2008 20:45 So I am trying to put a video on to a powerpoint presentation, when I put it on there the video plays but the sound doesn't, how do I get both to play simultaneously? I have both the Powerpoint and the video in the same folder, I am getting very frustrated and it is for my graduation in 3 weeks. Thanks for your help!

Hi This is probably caused by too long a file path - try moving the vid & ppt to a folder directly on your c drive (e.g. C:\test and *not* in My Documents) then re-inserting the video. Does it work now? There is great info on using multimedia in powerpoint here: http://www.playsforcertain.com/tutorial.htm Lucy -- Lucy Thomson PowerPoint MVP MOS Master Instructor www.aneasiertomorrow.com.au <melissaperson_27(a)hotmail.com> wrote in message news:2f0b4fe7-96a7-41a9-b839-acfd6e9d3b1f(a)b9g2000prh.googlegroups.com... > So I am trying to put a video on to a powerpoint presentation, when I > put it on there the video plays but the sound doesn't, how do I get > both to play simultaneously?
