Lots of different ways.

Basic idea is your move sits and waits comparing getBytesLoaded() to
getBytesTotal() and when equal, the movie is loaded. Not, what you make
your movie do while it is waiting is up to you. Or you can use _framesloaded
and _totalframes if you like
See the example in the help files for _framesloaded
