I read the posts regarding how to adjust the number of weeks showing in a
monthly calendar view, but how do I print these? My Print Preview defaults to
6 weeks which cuts off some events; I prefer printing 5 weeks so a complete
month is printed with the prior months lead up days and the few days
following.
Thanks, I appreciate your taking the time to answer.

One of these printing tools should help:

Do you have SP2 installed? If so, outlook should print the full month
correctly, whether its 5 or 6 weeks long. It also helps to click the
month button and print 1 month at a time (if they don't all have the
same # of weeks.) http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/6weekcal.htm has a
description of this bug.
