I'm having exactly the same problem that is described here -- when I
make annotation s the text all moves aside as if a canvas was created.
I don't want that; I want to be able to leave notes on the text. I
discovered that if I change from FINAL WITH MARKUP to FINAL it changes
the view of this.

But if I get THAT nailed down, then my ink annotations keep winking out
of visibility. Any ideas? Why would the ink wink out?
