From: Giacomo on 31 Oct 2006 17:31 The card works great, apart from an unpleasant problem: in images where the color changes quickly, there are strange bands of dots, like here: http://img286.imageshack.us/img286/7909/dotspo8.png Can someone please help to solve the issue? I'm new to radeon, maybe I'm missing something. Thanks a lot.

From: First of One on 31 Oct 2006 20:04 New to Radeon and the first you do is trying to crank it up with ATiTool. :-) Are you overclocking the card? Or attempting to run the 3D clocks in 2D? -- "War is the continuation of politics by other means. It can therefore be said that politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed." Static images are usually good, but not always. I tried all drivers up to 6.10, all possible settings with Catalyst Control Center. I also tried to change resolution/refresh rate. I tried analog and not DVI connection. Thinking of flushing a new BIOS (any suggestion ?), or perhaps coming back to my old nvidia 6600...
