I have a new computer with the Windows Vista Premium operating system. I
downloaded and installed the trial version of Fireworks CS3 a few days ago. I
was able to open and use the software once. The next day, my computer wouldn't
boot up properly, and I had to restore the system to a previous day. Now the
software doesn't show up on my computer. I tried to download it again, but the
components do not install successfully. When I tried to uninstall the software,
I got a message that I need to deactive the software. It's like my computer
"knows" that software is already installed. Can you tell me what I need to do
to uninstall this software?
