I am having problems backing up Outlook 2007. I continually receive a
message, CANNOT COPY OUTLOOK: THE PROCESS CANNOT ACCESS THE FILE BECAUSE
ANOTHER PROCESS HAS LOCKED A PORTION OF THE FILE.
I have searched Microsoft for a solution to this problem but can't find any
information on this error message.

Outlook must be closed if you wish to make a copy of the Data file (.PST).
If you are closing Outlook, it may not be exiting properly:
