From: rdy1tk2 on 17 Jun 2008 10:55 Newbie help needed. I do not have Director, but have received a .dcr file that I would like to play in PowerPoint. I can do so using a hyperlink but would rather see the movie full screen than in IE. I have inserted the movie thru Developer in PowerPoint 2007, changed the Properties SRC to link to the .dcr file that is in the same folder. THE PROBLEM ... I can see the movie in SlideShow view the first time after I have inserted it, then I cannot see it again, even if I exit SlideShow View and go back in. If I close the PowerPoint presentation doc completely and re-open I can again play it once but only once. I'm sure I'm doing something simple incorrectly and would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I have no idea whether powerpoint even knows to look for the shockwave library? Your best bet really is to ask a powerpoint expert.
