Hello,

I had installed ActiveSync 4.0. I didn't use for a long time - today I
tried to install new PocketPC program - I started ActiveSync - it
crushed. I tried to installed new version 4.5 - I am getting a
message:
"The wizard was interrupted before Microsofr ActivesYNC 4.5 could be
completly installed. Please run setup again".
When I run wizard again - I am getting the same message.

So I decided first to uninstall existing version - uninstall failed. I
used uninstall utilility Advanced Uninstall - now according to
Advanced Uninstall ActiveSync is not installed, according to Control
Panel - it is, although when I click on it - I don't see option
Remove.
So no I am without ActiveSync!
Any advice?

On your computer, click Start - Run and type FixMapi.

Re-run Activesync setup.
