I installed Producer on my home laptop as I wanted to update a project I
created at work. The download was fine but when I went to use Producer I got
the 'Microsoft has encountered a problem and needs to close' message. I have
no idea why. Can anyone help me? My home computer is running XP SP3 with
Office 2003 products and IE7.
