You can mail merge to email with attachments by following the procedure in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/MergeWithAttachments.htm But it still requires you to navigate the "Outlook 'Allow' hurdle" that you were hoping to avoid. -- Hope this helps.
