MSProject all subtasks are at 100% but task only 99% complete?
I have a task with 9 sub-tasks all of which are marked 100% complete but the task shows only 99% complete. Fixed work vs fixed units mandate
Our PMO is moving projects onto MSPS. It is mandating certain options going to MSPS. One of the options it is mandating is the use of "Fixed work" for tasks with deliverables.
