% Complete to Date
I'd like to easily report what percent of work is complete as expected to be by date. Say I have tasks to be finished last week, this week, and next week. Actual Work - Converting to Decimals
We use MSP 2003. We are using it to track actual time for all tasks entered. We are using a resource pool (not sure if this matters). excluding tasks from the critical path
I believe I've identified an exception to this argument in that a "hammock" task will assume a "critical path" and it should not. By defition the hammock task will move with the movement of other tasks and therefore doesn't change itself and thus should not be considered critical path.
