Import budgeted, committed and actual costs
We have a Client who is interested to bring their ERP Project Job costing data like budgeted, committed and actual costs to come inside MS Project 2007. Baselining specific tasks DECREASES overall summary costs
I am baselining a specific task which should increase the baseline cost of the project.
